"My husband and I were traveling over the holidays from our home in Fredericksburg VA to our place in Monroe County and had problems with the heating system on our 2008 F350 truck. It was blowing cold air out of one side. Needless to say as cold as it was that was not a good thing to have going on! We had stopped on our way down at a dealership in Staunton Va and the gentleman in Service did not even get up from behind his desk. His only response was "if we determine what is wrong and we don't have the part it could take one or two days to get it and you will have to wait here while we fix it". He didn't even want to check it out to see what it was or if he had the part already. So when we went into your dealership and Isaac immediately got up and went out to get the VIN and then told use he would check it out to see exactly what was wrong I knew you were a good hometown dealership that we would want to deal with when we move to WV. Isaac took care of us. Gave us a loaner to drive while ours was being repaired which took about 3 to 4 hours. What a great asset to your dealership to have someone like him! Thanks for handling these 35 year Ford customers with respect and courtesy and especially from keeping me from not having to drive back home freezing!
