His only response was "if we determine what is wrong and we don't have the part it could take one or two days to get it and you will have to wait here while we fix it". He didn't even want to check it out to see what it was or if he had the part already. So when we went into your dealership and Isaac immediately got up and went out to get the VIN and then told use he would check it out to see exactly what was wrong I knew you were a good hometown dealership that we would want to deal with when we move to WV. Isaac took care of us. Gave us a loaner to drive while ours was being repaired which took about 3 to 4 hours. What a great asset to your dealership to have someone like him!
